Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the clinically recommended treatment for a range of mood and anxiety disorders. It is underpinned by extensive research on the role of behaviour and thoughts in emotional disorders. The Daisy Retreat programme is intensive, allowing our clients to complete their courses over a number of days, rather than months of weekly sessions.
Though we utilise clinically tested methods of treatment, the environment is unlike any clinical experience you may have had. We offer a loving, family–style environment – a place where you can feel safe, secure and cared for.
Our Retreats are intensive, healing holidays – the complete antithesis of the clinical, in–patient experience.
Included in our prices are free initial consultations and follow up sessions
